Tasty carrots tossed with marijuana, cinnamon and sugar in a compound butter sauce! 

preparation

Boil 1 quart of water with a teaspoon of kosher salt. Wash carrots and cut off the ends. Slice carrots into 1/4 inch thick coin sized pieces and add to the pot of boiling water. Cook carrots at medium heat until tender (about 5-10 minutes). Drain carrots and stir in butter, pepper, salt, cinammon, sugar and cannabis.

  • 1 tbs brown sugar (light, not dark)
  •  tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbs butter
  • up to 1g kush or 7g reg. ground cannabis
